• The term of the contract is usually yearlong, but can be agreed by mutual consent a longer or less duration.
   
• The annual duration of the contract does not mean that the house must be available for renting for all the year. The periods of availability are decided by common consent.
   
• The periods of availability may be changed during the contract period under the request of the owner, except if the period in question has already been entered into a rental contract.
   
• To entrust us your house, are not required quotas or membership fees or entrance fees.
